Style Assessment
Helps people understand different types, styles or categories of behaviour.  

Micro Scenarios: Integrated
Helps people practice a specific skill in a series of short scenarios tailored to their context. 

Scenario Role-Play
Helps people practice in a longer, immersive role-play to master of specific skills.

Character Scenario Role-Play
Helps people practice dealing with more complex or challenging individuals (e.g. angry customer)
