Configure Conversation Whitelist Domains

Use when you want to restrict the domains on which your GenLearn Conversations can be embedded

This feature is typically used to restrict from where your conversations can be accessed by your Learners

• This feature is available on all plans
• This feature typically takes 2-3 business days from request to completion

Steps

1. Identify your desired domains where learners can use your Conversations (e.g. learn.yourcompany.com)
   Note: You can choose any subdomain, you are not required to use learn
   
   

2. Request Whitelist Configuration

   1. Email your preferred subdomain to your Account Manager; or

   2. Submit a Ticket with Subject "Request Conversation Whitelist Domain Configuration"
      
      

3. Configure Whitelist
   

   1. GenLearn Support will configure your Whitelist Domains on your account

   2. Please allow 2-3 business days for completion of this configuration
