Configure Custom Branding

Use when you want to brand your Learner-facing Conversations with your logo and colours, and labelling

• This feature is available on all plans
• This feature typically takes 2-3 business days from request to completion

Steps

1. Request Custom Branding kit

   1. Email your your Enterprise Account Manager; or

   2. Submit a Ticket with Subject "Request Custom Branding Kit"
      
      

2. Populate Custom Branding kit

   1. You will receive a custom brandfing kit by email from GenLearn Support or your Account Manager

   2. Populate the kit iwth your preferences, then reply to the email from your GenLearn contact with the kit
      
      

3. Configure Custom Branding
   

   1. GenLearn Support will configure Custom Branding on your account

   2. Please allow 2-3 business days for completion of this configuration
