Configure Custom Branding

Use when you want to brand your Learner-facing Conversations with your logo and colors, icons and names

• This feature is available on all plans
• This feature typically takes 2-3 business days from request to completion

Steps

1. Identify: Choose the elements you wish to brand
   1. Logo
      • Format: PNG
      • Height: Up to 25 pixels
      • Width: Between 25 and 200 pixels
   2. Primary Color
      • RGB Hex Code (default is #11182A)
      • Used in: Chat/Voice buttons, Microphone
   3. Secondary Color
      • RGB Hex Code (default is #FFFFFF)
      • Used in: Chat/Voice buttons, Microphone
        
   4. Tutor Name
      • Plain Text: Up to 25 characters
   5. Tutor Icon
      • Format: PNG
      • Height: 42 pixels
      • Width: 42 pixels
   6. Tutor Font Color
      • RGB Hex Code (default is #11182A)
   7. Tutor Background Color
      • RGB Hex Code (default is #f3f4f6)
   8. Learner Icon
      • Format: PNG
      • Height: 42 pixels
      • Width: 42 pixels
   9. Learner Font Color
      • RGB Hex Code (default is #11182A)
   10. Learner Background Color
       • RGB Hex Code (default is #f3f4f6)
   11. Common Background Color
       • RGB Hex Code (default is #f9fafb)
2. Notify
   • Email your Account Manager with information for each element above you wish to customise
3. Configuration
   • GenLearn Support will apply your branding to your account
