How to build your first conversation
Standard Conversations
These converastions are based on prebuilt information, where the topic and subject matter content has been pre-filled, and you are customising the conversation structure and the audience.
- Conversation Name: Enter in the name of the conversation. This is your reference name for the conversation, and is not visible to the learner. You can be descriptive, entereing the aim of the conversation, and/or the course name you wish to put the conversation.
- Existing Topic Category: Pick the topic category you wish to cover for your pre-built conversation
- Select Learning Topic: Choose the topic of your AI conversation
- Select your conversation structure: Choose the structure of the conversation -
- Definition and Exemplification: The AI asks the learner to define the concept, then provides feedback on their response. The AI then asks the learner to provide an example of the concept, and provides additional feedback.
- Exemplification and justification: The AI asks the learner to provide an example of the concept being covered. The AI then asks the learner to justofy their example (why is it correct). The AI then provides feedback on their responses.
- Character Interview Roleplay: The learner engages in an immersive roleplay experience where they interview a character and identify relevant hazards and controls.
- Scenario Roleplay: The learner engages in an immersive roleplay scenario where they can test specific skills and get feedback.
- Style Assessment: The learner is guided through a reflective exercise to gain insights to their particular style/approach.
- Example Analysis: The learner is given practical examples from the AI which they analyse. The AI then provides feedback on their responses.
- Skill benchmarking: The learner can explore their strengths and weaknesses of a given skill.
- Micro Scenarios - Intergrated: Best for practicing relational skills through three short scenarios, where feedback is provided after each scenario.
- Select your Audience and Difficulty Level: This should be based on the broad context of the target learners the course(s) is designed for.
Premium Conversations
These conversations are highly customisable. They allow you to create your own topic for the conversation, and insert your own subject matter material for the AI to use to create questions, scenarios, and provide feedback. As per standard conversations, you can still customise the conversation structure and audience in addition to this.
- Conversation Name: As above
- Create your own topic: fill in the title of your topic. Use all lower case - as this will help the sentence
- Select Learning Topic: Choose the topic of your AI conversation (what are you testing/training). Use lower case as this will help the sentence flow in the conversation.
- Select the topic type: Use Concept for an easily defineable concept/thing you want the learner to understand. Use Skills for more 'soft skills' topics like leadership or emotional intelligence where you wnat the learner to practice or reflect.
- Select your conversation structure: As above
- Input your Subject Matter content:
- Concept: Input the definition of the concept and an example of the conept. Both fields are character limited to keep the conversation highly accurate (800 characters with spaces each)
- Character Interview Roleplay: Input the risks in the situation, and the controls that are used to mitigate thsoe risks. Both fields are character limited to keep the conversation highly accurate (800 characters with spaces each)
- Skills
- Character scenario Roleplay:
- Input the character type (a short description that sums up the type of character they are - eg nervous, difficult, angry, shy etc. Limited to 50 characters.
- Input the Character Traits - a more detailed description of the character and how they behave.
- Input the Objective - a short description of what you're trying to achieve (eg calm the person down, make a sale, book a demo,
