Checking for Expiring Conversations

Use this solution when you are checking for conversations that are due to expire within the next 4 weeks.


Before you start

  • Note that this is a 3 step process and you may need to come back to this task depending on the availability of the Devs(Zird) for step 1.


Steps

  1. Contact the DEV team
    1. Email/Chat the Development Team - (currently -Zird) and ask him to produce a Super Admin Usage Overview report (for production) - excel spreadsheet
    2. Once you have received the report
  2. Email Sarah and Vince  
    1. Send the spreadsheet to Vince and Sarah
    2. Use the ticket template "Super Admin Usage Overview report - GenLearn"
    3. Ensure the report includes the upcoming expired conversation(highlighted)
