Use this solution when you are checking for conversations that are due to expire within the next 4 weeks.
Before you start
- Note that this is a 3 step process and you may need to come back to this task depending on the availability of the Devs(Zird) for step 1.
Steps
- Contact the DEV team
- Email Sarah and Vince
- Send the spreadsheet to Vince and Sarah
- Use the ticket template "Super Admin Usage Overview report - GenLearn"
- Ensure the report includes the upcoming expired conversation(highlighted)
