Where does GenLearn process and store data?
Standard Plan
- Data Home: Your organisation can select from one of three regions (US, EU, APAC) at account creation time
- Personally Identifiable Information: Administration PII data will be processed and stored in your Data Home
- Other Data: Additional (non-PII) data processing and storage may occur in APAC and US regions
Enterprise Plan
- Data Home: Your organisation can select from one of three regions (US, EU, APAC) at account creation time
- Personally Identifiable Information: Administration PII data will be processed and stored in your Data Home
- Other Data: Additional (non-PII) data processing and storage may occur in the US region
Enterprise+ Plan
- Data Home: Your organisation can select from one of 33 countries at account creation time
- Personally Identifiable Information: Administration PII data will be processed and stored in your Data Home
- Other Data: Additional (non-PII) data processing and storage may occur in the US region
