Our Trust Centre contains all the information your security and privacy team will require, including our most recent external (third party) security audit report.
Security & Privacy: Specialised Assurance
For customers with specialised Security/Privacy needs (most often required in health, finance, or defence/intelligence use cases), our Enterprise and Enterprise+ plans have Data Residency/Sovereignty and Single Tenant Infrastructure options.
Learner Authentication
Learner-facing "conversations" are deployed within your own authentication ecosystem (such as your LMS or Knowledgebase) and therefore require no further technology integration work to fully utilise your existing Learner authentication.
Industry Standards
GenLearn's ISO27001 and SOC2 journey is underway and scheduled for completion in mid-2026. Timing for our ISO42001 certification being finalised shortly.
