Assessment: How to get transcripts of your conversation logs

Use when you want to get a copy of the transcripts attached to an AI conversation that has an assessment attached, so you can have a human assessor validate results.

Steps

1. Login to your GenLearn dashboard
2. Find the name of the AI conversation you want the assessment transcripts for
3. Next to this AI conversation name, select Embed
4. View the snippet with the embed code, then copy the conversation ID (shown in bold below)

5. Send an email to your account contact or hello@genlearnai.com with the subject line [Request] Assessment Transcript, and cite the conversation ID in the email text.
